Detailed Operational Guidelines were released with respect to the Guaranteed Emergency Credit Line (GECL) Scheme for additional funding to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The scheme was notified by the Government under the Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan to help MSMEs tide over the economic distress being faced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
